Joe Leddy

Joe began his real estate career in March of 2005 as one of the Bean Group’s first Sales Agents.  With Joe’s strong negotiation and sales skills, he quickly became one of the Bean Group’s top selling Agents.  Joe has consistently exceeded his sales goals since practicing real estate and is one of NH’s Top 100 Agents in Sales Productivity.

In 2007 Joe obtained his real estate Broker’s license and in 2009 he obtained his ME real estate license.  Also, in 2009 Joe expanded his business by adding a Client Manager to his team in order to ensure that his clients receive the premium care they deserve.  Joe is dedicated and focused on developing long-term relationships with his clients.  He uses his strong communication and presentation skills in order to determine the exact needs of his clients. 

Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  Prior to the Bean Group, Joe was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a successful Seacoast family business.  Joe is a native to the Seacoast area where he currently resides with his wife, daughter, and twin sons. Outside of the office Joe keeps involved in his community and enjoys golf, skiing, boating, and spending time with his family. 

Joe is an active member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, New Hampshire Association of Realtors®, and the Northern New England Real Estate Network and is currently a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and Maine.

My husband and I recently closed on what we call "our dream house". We met Joe and after only a few hours of looking at properties, we knew he was who we wanted to work with. My husband and I had never purchased a property, didn't know what to expect and were very nervous and had so many questions. Joe immediately put our minds at ease that first day and numerous times throughout the process with his friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy demeanor. We never felt there was a question that was too simple nor a time of day that Joe was not available to us. He made himself available to us 24/7. He was extremely knowledgeable of the business and excellent at keeping us informed and meeting our deadlines. His personality should not be overlooked.
