Pease Golf Course is a 27 hole public course, divided up in to three nine hole courses, red, white and blue. Originally built in 1901 as Portsmouth Country Club by Jack Kelly, designed by Alexander Findly. In 1956 the US Air Force acquired the land and changed the name to Pease Air Force Base Golf Course. In March of 1991, Pease AFB was closed and the course was taken over by the State of New Hampshire run by the Pease Development Authority (PDA). Since PDA has taken over the course many changes have occurred to make it one of the premier courses in New Hampshire, including the addition of nine new holes. The staff at the course includes Scott DeVito as Head Professional and Tom Platt as Grounds Superintendent. Along with our 27 holes, we have a driving range, two practice greens and a family bar & grill area. Advance tee times are recommended. Come join us for a great experience on the golf course!!
